Since when did eating
clean become so “dirty”?
After 25 years working in health, wellness and nutrition — and a lifetime of my own digestive issues and autoimmunity — I knew there had to be a better way to snack.
I'd spent years watching the food industry solve “high protein” with isolates and long ingredient lists, and solve “convenient” by sacrificing quality. I never thought that trade-off should exist.
Just One was born out of that frustration, and out of a simple belief: food should nourish you, not just fill you. I wanted something complete in itself. Something where just one is genuinely all you need.
So we built a cookie the way I wished more food was built. Twenty grams of protein and five grams of fibre from bovine collagen and hemp hearts, not isolates. Nut free, gluten free, dairy free and seed oil free, without leaning on gums, fillers or shortcuts to get there. Unbaked. Sweetened simply, with Canadian maple syrup.
We believe in radical ingredient transparency. No long list of things you can't pronounce. No hiding behind “natural flavours.” Just honest ingredients.

Just One is made in Kelowna, in small batches, by a women-owned BC company. It's for people who've been told that eating well and eating easily are two different things. Athletes who want real recovery food. Parents looking for something their kids can safely eat. Anyone tired of protein that leaves them bloated instead of nourished.
We didn't set out to reinvent the cookie. We set out to prove that convenience and quality were never supposed to be opposites.
